Prayer 1

Abundance Prayer

I pause and open my heart to Spirit I open myself to Spirit's abundance Abundance is wealth, is treasure, talents, wisdom and blessings of all kinds Abundance is energy Abundance is for all and not just a few Abundance is part of Oneness, of Spirit I am a unique expression of Oneness Therefore I claim abundance as part of me Abundance can be transformed into love Opening my heart to Spirit within, I give freely With every dollar shared, every service, every compassionate act, I radiate love All that is given with heart felt gratitude will be multiplied and returned I am able to receive, knowing that Spirit is the source I am grateful for all that I have.
Prayer 2

Grief for Mother

(You could substitute any loved one)

Our mother is gone now from this earthly plane and has left behind those who mourn her absence. We will hold her memory dear. Never bitter for what we have lost nor regret for the past. We know that Spirit connects us all. The Love that she was and still is, resides in our hearts. We can find peace and comfort as we grieve. We have the joy of memories. We celebrate that she was part of our lives.
Prayer 3

Prayer for When I Mess Up

What do I do when I have messed up? How do I forgive myself? How do I move on? I recognize that I am telling myself a story and I am looped in the negative. I take a breath, purposefully slow down my thoughts. I feel the stillness. As I open my heart, just a bit and make some space, the Love that God is pours into my heart. I am not alone. I break the spell of my twirling thoughts by remembering that I am so much more than my humanness. I feel hope calling me. Hope grows. Faith emerges. God is always with me; love that is never ending. When I allow myself to feel this presence, I can let go of the story. Feeling Spirit flowing in me, I don't have to dwell on troubles or fear. In Spirit's embrace, I remember that this too shall pass. I forgive myself and I am comforted. Continually and repeatedly, I reset my thoughts and take positive actions. I choose to move forward, loving myself. Inner peace rises in me. So it is!
Prayer 4

Prayer of New Possibilities

Just as on the cloudiest of days, the sun is shining behind the clouds; Spirit is present, even when life is challenging. I might be physically alone, but I am never truly alone. Faith is knowing God is always with me. Like a colorful pink, orange and red winter sunrise, a new day brings new possibilities. In prayer, I pause, open my heart and access this knowing. I access the flow of Love. Blessings abound. I am and God is.
Prayer 5

Prayer After Cancer Diagnosis

Opening my heart to Spirit, allowing Love to flow through every cell of my body. I access courage even in the midst fear. I access my faith even as thoughts of doubt arise. Amidst cancer's harsh reality, I appreciate glimpses of hope that ignite courage within me. With Spirit's guidance, may I access wisdom to discern truth in a maze of choices. I access clarity to perceive the path ahead for my highest good. Spirit illuminates insight to help me understand my journey forward. With inner guidance, I acknowledge blessings wrapped in these trials. I choose to radiate gratitude despite the pain. Accessing Spirit within me fuels thankfulness, for every dawn and dusk gifted to me. Feeling the flow of Love through me, I face this disease with patience, until healing manifests in my body. I thank my body for it's strength in responding to treatment. I thank all my clinicians, technicians and caregivers for their talents. God's Love fills my heart with hope to look forward to better days.
